Roman Soucek studied Business Administration at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and the University of Economics, Prague (Czech Republic). He graduated in 2002, received his doctoral degree in 2006 and his post-doctoral degree (Habilitation) in psychology in 2018 at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Currently, he is professor for work and organizational psychology at the Department of Psychology at MSH Medical School Hamburg. His main research interests include resilient behavior at the workplace and the development and evaluation of training interventions. His research interest further include organizational behavior, particularly ethical behavior and escalation of commitment. |
